Billing
Payment Methods
We accept payment by Credit Card, Venmo, or bank transfer. We hold bank accounts in various currencies to make international transfers simple for you. For our bank details please email jess@stela9.com. Please identify your transfer with your first and last name, and notify us by email by what method you paid us.
Remainder Payment
Full payment for all programs must be received no later than 60 days before the program start date to hold your spot. In the case of any bookings made after this date, payment must be made in full at the time of registration. In the days leading up to the final payment date, you will receive an automated email reminder to complete your payment. If we do not receive your payment on time, your spot will be made available to those on the waitlist and you will forfeit your deposit. All retreat payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Insurance
Travel Cancellation Insurance
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat or training, but unexpected things do happen, some of which are beyond your control. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance to cover any possible loss. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
Refunds
Cancellation Policy
All retreat payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is your responsibility to ensure you can attend the program before signing up. It is also your responsibility to purchase travel cancellation insurance.
Due to the non-recoverable payments that we make in advance to various parties to plan these programs, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, travel bans, inclement weather, acts of terrorism, illness, health conditions, covid 19, medical or personal or family or work emergencies, or change of mind. If you cannot reach the retreat or training due to unforeseen circumstances of any nature, retreat and training fees are unfortunately non-refundable and non-transferable. If you arrive late or need to leave your retreat early, you will not receive any refund on the remaining time of your scheduled stay.

If you cannot reach the retreat or training due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, weather circumstances, and missed, delayed or canceled flights, retreat fees are unfortunately non-refundable and non-transferable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
We reserve the right to remove a participant from any retreat if their behavior is disruptive.
